Staff And Leadership

Moderator - The Rev. Dr. John Seiders

Rev. Dr. Seiders is pastor at the Windham Presbyterian Church in Windham, NH. Over the past thirty-eight years, John has served churches and a parachurch ministry in various pastoral (installed and interim) and leadership roles throughout the northeast (NJ, NY, PA, CT, and NH)  as well as Wisconsin and Texas.  Over the course of his ministry he has had the privilege of observing and serving in ministries beyond the US (Pakistan, Jamaica, Mexico, South Africa, and the Dominican Republic).

It was during high school and college when John became aware of God's call to ministry.  Foundational experiences at Rutgers University and then Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary have shaped John's ministry.  John is married to Ruthie, a pastor at Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA. They have two daughters and two grandchildren who live in the greater Boston area.  In his spare time, John serves as the Fire Department Chaplain in Billerica, MA.

Vice Moderator - The Rev. Sally Newhall

Rev. Newhall recently retired as minister of Nashua Presbyterian Church, which she served for over a decade.  During that decade she also served on the Commission on Ministry (COM) and the Leadership Commission (LC).  Her 45 years of ministry included serving churches in all the New England presbyteries as well as in the DC area, western NY, and northern Indiana.  She has graduate degrees from two NE seminaries:  Hartford Seminary Foundation and Andover Newton Theological School.

Sally is adjusting to retirement by spending a lot more time with her four grandchildren, watching a lot more TV, reading constantly, and learning to quilt.  During her moderator year in 2023, she hopes to visit most of the churches of PNNE.  That's one option that being retired gives her!!
