Moderator of Presbytery - CRE Chris Fuhrmeister
This will be Chris's second term as moderator of the Presbytery of Northern New England, his first being in 2013. Chris is a Commissioned Ruling Elder (CRE) who serves as a chaplain at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph, VT. He is retired from 33 years in communications with the Vermont State Police. He is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Barre, VT, and preaches regularly at the First Presbyterian Church of Graniteville, VT. He and his wife, Janet, live in Randolph, VT.

Resource Presbyter - The Rev. Dr. Scott DeBlock
Rev. DeBlock has been a church pastor for 34 years, most recently engaged in interim/transitional ministry in Albany Presbytery and now in PNNE at Old South (First Presbyterian Church, Newburyport, MA).
Scott lives in Scarborough, ME, with his wife Heidi, a critical care physician at Stephen’s Memorial Hospital in Norway, ME. They have three grown daughters spread from London, England, to Washington, DC. Scott is a Yankees fan trying to endure living in Red Sox nation, and is still seeking the authentic golf swing.
Above all, he is excited to come alongside the congregations and leaders of this presbytery in the common mission of sharing God’s love to our region.

Stated Clerk - The Rev. T. J. DeMarco
Rev. DeMarco also serves as Stated Clerk for the Presbytery of Boston and is pastor of Woodbury Union Church, Presbyterian, in Warwick, RI. T. J., his wife Molly and three children live in Pawtucket, RI. In his spare time T. J. enjoys cycling, hiking, and reading.
