about outreach in your congregation.
1) Please describe your church’s current outreach programs including Deacon related activities. How are those programs supported (volunteer, financial or both)?
2) Anticipated changes in programs, if any?
3) Please share successes and failures. Tips for other congregations?
4) How do you choose and/or develop your outreach programs or projects?
5) Do you evaluate your outreach programs? If so, how and when?
6) What are your outreach funding sources (operating budget, special offerings, fundraisers)?
